The New Album is Done!!

Yes indeed. We finished mixing with the good man Tucker Martine at Flora Studios in Portland. He has produced for The Decemberists, Laura Veirs, and Jesse Sykes so we were very happy and thankful to have him lend his magic to the album. Ed Brooks did a stellar mastering job at RFI so it is now 100%. The album is called Secret Army and will be released on Tarnished Records late March. More details soon to come. Thanks...

Bye Bye Croc?

Hey everybody,
Just heard the sad news that the legendary Crocodile Cafe is closing it's doors. We were fortunate to play a few shows there, and also to enjoy dozens more. We'll miss the history, the shows, and especially Jim Anderson, THE most amazing sound person/nice guy out there.

Thanks to everybody who came out to the show on Saturday. We had a good amount of snow in the city, but it didn't stop people from coming on down to the Sunset. Thanks to Holly who makes a mean Hot Tottie, and also to Carrie Clark and Nathan Wade, who both played lovely sets. Definitely worth baring the chill.

A secret army on the way...

Hey all ~
Hope the winter chill is allowing for lots of warm inside time by the fire. We have officially finished the new CD, and are planning on a March '08 release date. In the mean time, we are staying warm (or not so warm) in the C Ford garage, working up new tunes and slappin' polish on the old. We have a nice show this Saturday at the always charming Sunset Tavern in Ballard, USA. Carrie Clark and the Lonesome Lovers and Nathan Wade will be sharing the bill. Hope to see y'all out there.

Summer Tour/Record

Hey folks -
Been a while, we've been busy out on the road in May, and we're just putting the finishing touches on our 2nd full length. Hope to have it out to you in September or October. Thanks for coming out to the shows, we've got a few good ones coming up. July 18th at the Sunset and also August 1st at the Crocodile, joining J. Tillman and former Drive By Truckers Jason Isbell.
